VelvetGeaux provides website design, hosting, platform maintenance, and related digital services under an agreed scope of work. Any one-time build, setup, or implementation fee is non-refundable after payment because it compensates VelvetGeaux for committed design and development resources. Monthly service may be cancelled at any time with written notice. Cancellation stops future renewals and charges after the end of the current paid billing period and does not refund the build fee, the current billing period, or any other amount already paid.
Clients are responsible for supplying accurate, lawful content and for operating their businesses in compliance with applicable law. VelvetGeaux retains ownership of its underlying platform software; clients retain ownership of their supplied content.
The separate VelvetGeaux SMS Updates program is governed by velvetgeaux.com/sms-terms. Enrollment occurs only through the public opt-in form at velvetgeaux.com/sms-opt-in; SMS keywords do not enroll users.
Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
